Sizzling Beef is a delicious Chinese dish, known in China for its high nutritional value. It contains good and healthy nutrients for the human body. It contains the quantity of meat-derived proteins and fiber derived from vegetables. Therefore, sizzling beef containing a lot of calories.

Ingredients:

  • Half-kilogram beef (preferably one piece).
  • One onion.
  • Red bell pepper, medium size.
  • Green sweet peppers, medium size.
  • Yellow sweet peppers, medium size.
  • Two tomatoes.
  • Two fresh green onion chopsticks.
  • One cup of fresh mushrooms.
  • Five teaspoons of starch.
  • One tablespoon apple cider vinegar or white vinegar.
  • Four tablespoons of soy sauce.
  • One teaspoon of dried ginger powder.
  • Small spoon of salt.
  • One teaspoon of black pepper.
  • Oil, preferably corn oil or olive oil

How to prepare:

  1. Cut the beef into thin slices and spice with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix both soy sauce, starch powder, and spices well.
  3. Put the mixture on the steak(beef) and stir it well, then put it for 65 minutes inside the refrigerator.
  4. Place a deep frying pan over the fire, and put a little oil in it and leave until heated.
  5. Place the pieces of steak in the frying pan, and cook with oil until golden color.
  6. Now remove the frying pan from the fire and drain the steak of the oil well.
  7. Cut onion and colored peppers into medium-sized slices to match the size of the steak.
  8. Cut the green onion chopsticks into small pieces.
  9. Now cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
  10. Put a deep frying pan with oil on the fire, then put the onions into the fryer and wait until golden color.
  11. Now put a glass of water, and cover the pan.
  12. Leave the pan for a quarter of an hour(15 min).
  13. After 15 min, add the ginger, spices, salt, and pepper (as desired), fresh mushrooms and the steak.
  14. Now toss it with the mixture and then cover again until it is nearing maturity.
  15. Before simmering, melt two tablespoons of starch powder in a glass of water and add to the mixture. Stir the mixture together until it holds together.
  16. After maturation of the sizzling, remove it from the fire and leave it aside.
  17. Set the sizzling in a serving dish, and we can offer it with pepper rice or pieces of toast.
